Community State Bank (CSB) is pleased to announce its newest location in Kenosha, located at 8304 75th Street (Hwy 50).
The 4000 sq. ft. office space, currently under construction, will anchor a new commercial building project led by GC Investments LLC.
“We’re very blessed to have board members that are so committed to the growth of this bank,” said Bank President & CEO Scott Huedepohl. “CSB has been a part of Western Kenosha County for almost two decades. There’s so much potential and need for a community bank in the eastern region, and I’m really excited we have the opportunity to explore that.”
The CSB Kenosha Banking Team, led by Market President Robert Pieroni, will focus on developing commercial and consumer relationships, including business development, commercial lending, commercial banking, consumer lending, deposit growth and mortgages.
“Our Kenosha branch is unique in that we will be one of the few true community banks in the area,” said Pieroni. “There are so many benefits available to local business owners and organizations when banking with a locally serviced community bank, and I’m eager to share that with my community.”
In addition to Pieroni, CSB Assistant Vice President | Cash Management, Laura Burnett Shoemaker will also be joining the Kenosha banking team. Together, Pieroni and Shoemaker will be the key leaders in helping expand existing business banking relationships as well as prospect and on-board new relationships.
“My priority is making sure local business owners have the tools they need to successfully run their business,” said Shoemaker. “CSB has the technology that business owners are looking for, and we also offer that personal, face-to-face service that so many are missing at their current financial institution. We’re here to help and be your guide when you need one.”
The office, which was designed with an open floor plan and ample collaboration space, will include a full-service teller line, drive-thru, smart ATM, night deposit box and safe deposit boxes. A meeting room will also be available to the community free of charge, by appointment only.
The new location is set to open later this year.
