Chris Antonneau, a lifelong Racine native, is the President of David Insurance Agency. Antonneau was appointed to the Board of Directors in August 2016.
Micheal Bannon is the President at DeMark, Kolbe & Brodek S.C. and is also an owner of Razor Sharp Fitness LLC. Bannon was appointed to the Board of Directors in August 2016.
Jeffrey Ehrhart is the owner of Ehrhart Farms Inc. Ehrhart was appointed to the Board of Directors in May 2016.
Peter Huck is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Community State Bank and has been associated with the bank since 1995. Huck has retired from his fulltime roll as Assistant Vice President and Principal with American Appraisal Associates. He still serves as a consultant for that company.
President and CEO of Community State Bank, Scott Huedepohl joined the bank as its 10th President in September 2013. Huedepohl was appointed Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors in April 2014.
Chris Miller joined the CSB Board of Directors in July of 2020. Miller, a lifelong Burlington resident, has served as President of Miller Motor Sales, Inc., for over 33 years. He is the third generation of Millers to lead the family business, which was founded in 1939 in Burlington, WI.
Brian Pollard is the owner of Fairwyn LTD, a development, construction and real estate business in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Pollard was appointed to the Board of Directors in July 2017.
Gary Schildt is currently the president of HyPro, Inc. headquartered in Waterford, WI. He has been with the local, family-owned company since its inception in 1969. Schildt was appointed to the Board of Directors in April 2012.
Richard Swantz is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Community State Bank. Swantz was appointed to the Board of Directors in January 1990. Now retired, Swantz previously owned and operated Swantz Hardware and Ben Franklin in Union Grove, Wisconsin.
