Technology is meant to make life easier. That’s the philosophy behind Community State Bank’s mobile app, which is available to CSB personal banking customers1 on Apple and Android devices.

Mobile Banking Features

  • Manage Accounts — Monitor accounts, review current balances and past transactions.
  • Transfer Funds Internally — Move money from one CSB account to another. 
  • Locate ATMs — Find an ATM near you when you’re on the go.
  • Manage your Debit Card — Secure, monitor and manage access to your CSB Debit Card
  • Enable Touch ID and Face ID — Take advantage of Apple’s Touch ID to log into your account from your iOS device.
  • Review Check Images — Tap the icon next to a check number to quickly view a check image.
  • Make Mobile Deposits — Take photos of checks to deposit them directly into your CSB accounts1.
  • Pay Bills and People — Pay vendors and people through the app after setting up Bill Pay and Pop Money through Online Banking. 
  • Push Notifications & Account Alerts – Setup & receive push notifications and Account Alerts through the app! Stay updated on your recent account activity and banking information.
  • Transfer Funds to your External Accounts — Move money from your CSB account to your external accounts at another financial institution. To begin, please log-in to your CSB Online Banking and click on "Transfers" to "Launch External Transfers" and set up your accounts.   • Zelle® for Person to Person Payments — Zelle® is a fast, safe, and easy way to send money to friends and family. That means it’s super easy to pitch in or get paid back for all sorts of things like a pitching in for a baby shower gift, or getting paid back for covering the cost of a dinner out with a group of friends. NEW Security Features for Mobile Banking

On Wednesday, April 12th, 2023, updated security features were made available when logging into consumer CSB Online Banking. Upon logging into CSB Online Banking or the CSB Simple Banking App, users are now asked to enter a one-time passcode that will be sent via phone call or text message. The layered authentication is a security feature designed to protect the privacy and security of CSB customers. 

Helpful Tips When Utilizing These New Features: 

Make Sure to Update Your Contact Information: After logging into your CSB Online Banking, visit your profile page to view/update your contact information. Please make sure to review your phone and email information. 

Create Your Own Individual Online Banking Login: Each CSB account holder should have their own login information to access their CSB accounts. This means if you have a joint account, each user should own their own individual logins. Sharing login information will no longer work with the enhanced security features. 

Security Questions will Go Away: Once you have enrolled in the one-time passcode security feature, you will no longer be asked to answer custom challenge questions (e.g. “What is the name of your first pet?”) during login.
