This promotional rate is contingent on creditworthiness and is applicable only to construction loans for primary residences. To qualify, borrowers must have a primary checking account with Community State Bank prior to closing. Some applicants may not qualify. This rate is valid for 18 months during the construction phase and is accurate as of 09/22/2025. Jumbo construction loans and loans for self-general contractors are excluded from this promotional rate. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice.
