Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 6.80% is based on a $500,000 property value, a $100,000 down payment, and a $400,000 loan amount. This promotional rate is contingent on creditworthiness and is applicable only to construction loans for primary residences. To qualify, borrowers must have a primary checking account with Community State Bank prior to closing. Some applicants may not qualify. This rate is valid for 18 months during the construction phase and is accurate as of 09/23/2024. Jumbo construction loans and loans for self-general contractors are excluded from this promotional rate. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Customers must refinance into permanent financing at the end of the construction period. On a $400,000 construction loan with $200,000 drawn at 5.99%, monthly interest-only payments would be $998.33, with a final balloon payment of $401,997, assuming the full $400,000 is drawn. All loans are subject to approval.
