Fixed Rate Loans

Have the security of always knowing what your monthly principal and interest payments will be. A fixed-rate mortgage is a mortgage loan that has a fixed interest rate for the entire term of the loan.  A fixed-rate mortgage is a popular type of financing because it offers predictability and stability for your budget.

Minimum Down Payment: 3%*

Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM)

How long are you planning on owning your home? If you’re planning on selling or moving within the next several years, an Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) may be a great option for you! ARMs offer lower early payments than a fixed-rate mortgage.

Minimum Down Payment: 10%*

Construction Loans

Build the home of your dreams with as little as 20% down. Our experienced professionals understand that building your home can be confusing and complicated, but we can help alleviate some of the stress. We’ll be there every step of the way, from the first day of construction, to the financing of your finished home!

Minimum Down Payment: 20%*

WHEDA Home Loan

The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) has mortgage programs tailored to your individual needs, whether you are purchasing or refinancing, and a first-time or a repeat buyer. The WHEDA Advantage provides homebuyers with a versatile loan that features low monthly mortgage payments.

Minimum Down Payment: 3%*

HomeReady Loan

A HomeReady loan is a special type of mortgage that helps people with lower or moderate incomes buy or refinance a home. It only requires a small down payment (as little as 3%), allows relatives or friends to help with the loan, and can count extra income like rent from roommates. It also offers lower mortgage insurance costs and includes a short online home ownership course to help you get started.

Minimum Down Payment: 3%*

Down Payment Assistance

A DPP grant (Downpayment Plus®) is a program that helps low-to moderate-income homebuyers with funds to cover part of their down payment and closing costs. Eligible buyers can receive up to $10,000, and the grant does not need to be repaid as long as you stay in the home for a certain period of time. To qualify, you’ll need to meet income requirements, contribute a small amount of your own funds, and complete a homebuyer education course. It’s a great way to make purchasing a home more affordable.
