LEAD Scholarships Available to Walworth County Fair Exhibitors

Application DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 14

UNION GROVE — Community State Bank is pleased to announce its fourth annual LEAD Scholarship Awards, presented to Walworth County Fair exhibitors who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to service and leadership in their communities.

The awards are based on CSB’s principles of Leadership, Expectation, Achievement and Dedication (LEAD). Applicants are assessed by their commitment to community involvement, future aspirations, fair participation and lifelong learning.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Applicants must be a registered exhibitor at the 2026 Walworth County Fair.

Applicants must be Class of 2027 high school seniors or post-secondary education students (university, college, technical) enrolled in the 2026-27 academic school year.

HOW TO APPLY

Applicants must provide a written essay (500 words or less) or video (3 minutes or less) highlighting on ONE of the following items. The application deadline is September 14, 2026.

Eleven area students were awarded 2025 scholarships totaling $8,500. Those students were Caylah Boldt, Payton Bunger, Aubrey Gahns, Madison Kegley, Wyatt Nixon, Ben Reed, Sarah Reed, Emily Schmidt, Mariah Stewart, Ava Stone and Emma Syverson.
