A Heartwarming Donation to Tiny Hooves Animal Sanctuary
I learned of Tiny Hooves Animal Sanctuary by happenstance last year, and was intrigued by their mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and providing forever sanctuary to abandoned, abused, neglected and unwanted farmed animals.
I knew I wanted to help them somehow, but didn’t know what that could look like at the time. Then the announcement for #Gift2Giving came, and I knew that was how we could make a difference for them!
We have a great group of animal-lovers at the bank, and many pooled their money last year and wanted to help again this year. We have been fortunate to visit the farm to present our donations these two years to see the operation and meet the animals.
It is so heartwarming to see the animals so loved and living their best lives! And the personalities! My goodness! I had no idea pigs could be divas, and bulls could grow to weigh 2000 pounds! I am so grateful to work for a company that allows us to support such a variety of causes, especially with this year’s economic challenges, there is such a need for so many.
