I chose to donate to the Kiwanis Club of Union Grove because the values of the club align with my own. Kiwanis focuses their donations on improving our community with a focus on youth development and youth leadership initiatives. Some examples of the club’s donations are: The pavilion and etched wall at the Moe Young Park, annual music program scholarships, the Union Grove Area Food Bank, Union Grove High School Key Club, Shepherds College, and various local youth sports teams. As a 14 year member of the club, it’s great to be a part of something that gives back to our community in many ways.
