Community State Bank Welcomes Jay Cashmore and Anticipates the Opening New Waterford Location
Community State Bank (CSB) is pleased to welcome Jay Cashmore to the Waterford Banking Team as Vice President - Market President.
Cashmore brings over three decades of banking experience in commercial lending, loan origination, mortgage lending, and cash management. As Market President his main responsibilities will be initiating community engagement and developing commercial and consumer relationships. He will also lead the Waterford Banking Team with Retail Manager, Teri Eulgen and Assistant Retail Manager, Miranda Swirth.

On November 1st, 2023 Community State Bank will also open the doors to their new Waterford office located at 500 E. Main Street. The 5000 sq. ft. commercial space is part of a 28,200 sq. ft. development project led by the Village of Waterford and Selzer-Ornst Construction Company LLC.
CSB’s new location features a full service teller line, conference room, patio, several offices, and collaborative meeting spaces. It also includes a drive-thru, CSB Simple Smart ATM, night deposit, and safety deposit boxes.
“This project has been a long time coming,” said CSB President and CEO, Scott Huedepohl. “We’re grateful for the community partnerships that helped make this new office possible and we’re eager to move in with a fantastic banking team.”
Collaboratively the team will assist with business development, commercial lending, commercial banking, consumer lending, consumer banking, deposit growth, and mortgage lending.
The new Waterford location will continue to operate with normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 9 AM until 5 PM and Saturdays the drive-thru will be open 9 AM until Noon.
