CSB Promotions 2024

Community State Bank Promotes Robert Pieroni, Monica Johnson, and Pam Hegemann

Community State Bank (CSB) is pleased to announce the promotion of the following community banking experts: Robert Pieroni, SVP - Chief Lending Officer and Kenosha County Market President; Monica Johnson, Mortgage Operations Manager; and Pam Hegemann, Human Resource Operations Manager.

Robert Pieroni began at CSB in 2018 as Market President of the bank’s Kenosha location and was promoted to Kenosha County Market President in 2023. At the beginning of 2024 he was promoted to Senior Vice President. Pieroni will now take on the duties as Chief Lending Officer. He will continue his responsibilities as Kenosha County Market President.

Monica Johnson joined the bank in 2019 as a Mortgage Loan Specialist. She has now been promoted to Mortgage Operations Manager. In her new role she will help oversee the Mortgage Operations Team and assist with streamlining and implementing mortgage lending processes.

Community State Bank is also pleased to announce the promotion of Pam Hegemann to Human Resource Operations Manager. Hegemann began her career at CSB in 2004 as an Insurance Agent for a bank owned insurance agency. When the agency was sold in 2014, Hegemann transitioned into Human Resources. Hegemann has been promoted to Human Resources Manager and will work closely with CSB’s Executive Team to manage all HR needs.
