CSB Closing Early on Thursday, April 25th, 2024 for Staff Training

Community State Bank (CSB) is pleased to announce the promotion of two CSB employees: Nicole Kurhajec (Controller) and Alyssa Hegemann (Assistant Controller).
Nicole Kurhajec joined CSB as a Universal Banker in 2014 and became Retail Manager in 2017. In 2020 Kurhajec became Deposit Operations Manager and was quickly promoted to Deposit Operations Officer. She has now been promoted to Controller.
“Nicole has a very versatile skillset and does a tremendous job in finding efficiencies no matter what role she takes on,” said Chief Operations Officer, Katie Stolp. “We’re very excited to see how she transforms this role and helps our bank overall on implementing new processes.”
As a supporting role to the Controller, Alyssa Hegemann has been promoted to Assistant Controller. Hegemann has worked at Community State Bank for 7 years as a Universal Banker at the Waterford location.
“Alyssa and I worked together as Universal Bankers and she has a very positive and can-do attitude. I’m eager to learn these new roles together and help create new processes that will help support the growth of Community State Bank,” said Kurhajec.
Both roles will support Community State Bank’s Executive Team and will help oversee the day to day financials. All promotions took effect at the beginning of May 2023.
