Community State Bank Announces 2024 Promotions and New Hire
Community State Bank (CSB) is pleased to announce the promotion of Robert Pieroni, Senior Vice President - Kenosha County Market President; Molly Krause, Vice President - Cash Management; Laura Burnett Shoemaker, Vice President - Cash Management; Bob Findysz, Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer; and welcome Curt Foglesong Jr., Assistant Vice President - Credit Officer.
Robert Pieroni began at CSB in 2018 as Market President of the Kenosha location and was promoted to Kenosha County Market President in 2023. Due to the tremendous amount of growth and success in the Kenosha market, Pieroni has been promoted to Senior Vice President - Kenosha County Market President.
Molly Krause and Laura Burnett Shoemaker have played an instrumental part in developing and streamlining CSB’s Cash Management services. Collectively they bring over 5 decades of Cash Management and banking experience to their team. Both Krause and Shoemaker have been promoted to Vice President - Cash Management.
Bob Findysz joined CSB at the beginning of June 2023. He has now been promoted to Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer. Findysz has over 30 years of financial expertise and is responsible for leading a growing financial team at the bank including Controller, Nicole Kurhajec; and Assistant Controller, Alyssa Hegemann.
Community State Bank is also pleased to welcome Curt Foglesong Jr. as Assistant Vice President - Credit Officer. Foglesong brings with him over two decades of banking and commercial credit experience. He joins a dedicated Credit Department at CSB including: Richard Behls, Senior Vice President - Chief Credit Officer; Bill Fliess, Assistant Vice President - Credit Manager; Ryan Baronsky, Credit Analyst; and Dean Powers, Credit Specialist.
