Reopening and Safety Procedures
We’re pleased to announce that we will be reopening our Community State Bank (CSB) lobbies on Monday, March 1st, 2021.
Your safety and our staff’s safety is a top priority at CSB, and for that reason, we have put together a list of updated health guidelines and safety precautions that will be put in place when visiting any of our CSB locations.
These procedures were developed using the re-opening guidelines and recommendations provided by our state and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
If you're not comfortable doing your banking in our bank lobbies, we understand. Our drive-thrus, online banking, mobile banking, ATMs, and Smart ATMs will all still be available for your banking needs.
Safety Precautions You'll See in the Lobbies
- Our customers will be encouraged to wear a mask – if you don’t have one, CSB will provide one during your visit.
- Hand sanitizing stations will be available.
- We will encourage social distancing.
- There will be protective sneeze/cough guards at the teller line.
- High traffic and high touch areas, like door handles, counter tops, workstations, and teller stations will be sanitized several times a day. This includes the drive-thru interface and ATMs.

Advanced Health Measures for Customer & Employee Safety
At CSB we are taking special precautions to make sure the safety of our customers and employees is a priority. In recent weeks, Wisconsin has experienced a surge in COVID-19 cases. It is with that in mind that we have made the difficult decision to suspend in-branch lobby services at all CSB banking locations. Service will be suspended for in-person lobby activity starting Saturday, November 7th, 2020.
We will continue to monitor the health and safety situation and evaluate a timeline for in-person service to resume.
While access to the lobby is suspended, we will continue to offer drive-thru and ATM services at all of our locations. We also encourage customers to consider some of our online tools to help manage your accounts.
If you have an appointment with a CSB team member scheduled for this week, they will be contacting you to either reschedule or hold the meeting virtually. Additional in-branch services will be by appointment only.
